tips for dark circles under eye

  1. first and formost eight hours of sleep is necessary to remove dark circles.
  2. application of lemon juice and tomato juice everyday can do wounders.
  3. apply cucumber juice on eye everyday-gives lot of .
  4. application of potato juice with cotton balls can also help.
  5. appication of old or used tea bag gives a lot of relaxation and cure dark circles.
  6. drinking a lot of water daily can do wounder without actually doing anything.
  7. massage almond oil while going to sleep every night-massage in circular motions.
  8. use sun glasses while going out every time.
  9. Diet, which is rich in nutrients helps to remove dark circles around eyes
  10. Lightly tap the under eye skin with one or two fingers Increase the blood circulation.
  11. Reduce stress levels by practicing yoga and meditation. Pranayama reduces dark circles and increases glow of skin.
  12. Avoid sweets and chocolates.
  13. Dip two cotton balls in rose water and place them on your eyes, covering dark circles.
  14. Avoiding use of bleach or peels to make the dark circles around eyes light.
