Tips to get rid of doublechin



  1. Observe if your diet is proper,that means is to ensure your diet is high in fibre and low in fat and calories.

  2. Diet should contain plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. this will help less fat deposition in your chin.

  3. Use a good skin toner, which helps the skin remain firm.

  4. You can hide your double chin through make up also by applying dark tone blusher under the chin area. This will give the depth effect to your double chin, thus giving it a more regular effect.

  5. Do Chin Exercise:


  • Lie down on your side ,Put your head over the pillow, tilt your head back so that your neck is stretched out.

  • You should feel some tightness in the neck region.

  • Keep your head at an angle that is comfortable for you.

  • While sleeping, our body relaxes. But, in the long run those few minutes of having your head tilted back before going to sleep will make all the difference. Slowly you will notice that tilting your head back becomes a sleeping pattern, and will exercise those neck muscles during the night

  • Other Exercise is :Keep your head facing front. Open your mouth as wide as you can and pull your tongue out as far as it will go. Keep the position like this for ten seconds, and then relax for 60 seconds. Repeat the procedure for 5-10 times, two to three times a day
