- With your fingertips ,Gently tap the swollen area to encourage fluids to flow elsewhere.
- Apply a cool, cucumber,chilled tea bags; or a damp, cold cloth to your eyes for few minutes to reduce fluid retention.
- Drink plenty of water. Water retention, which causes bloating, occurs when the body has too much salt and not enough fluids to flush it out.
- Take enough sleep- atleast 8 hrs every day.
- apply cool eye drops or rose water-for relaxing your eyes.
- If you are working at a streach, break up by doing eye exercise,also splash cold running water after every 2 hrs-that gives a lot of relaxation.
