Tips to Reduce Puffiness Around Your Eyes

  1. With your fingertips ,Gently tap the swollen area to encourage fluids to flow elsewhere.
  2. Apply a cool, cucumber,chilled tea bags; or a damp, cold cloth to your eyes for few minutes to reduce fluid retention.
  3. Drink plenty of water. Water retention, which causes bloating, occurs when the body has too much salt and not enough fluids to flush it out.
  4. Take enough sleep- atleast 8 hrs every day.
  5. apply cool eye drops or rose water-for relaxing your eyes.
  6. If you are working at a streach, break up by doing eye exercise,also splash cold running water after every 2 hrs-that gives a lot of relaxation.
