Tips to Stop Biting Your Fingernails

  1. Purchase a bitter-tasting formula made especially to stop nail biting. Choose the worst-tasting solution you can find,so you will automatically stop biting your nails.
  2. Wash your hands after every 2 hrs or whenever you get time.
  3. Wash it with soap and water and towel dry.
  4. Apply a liberal amount of the solution to the nails, cuticles and surrounding skin.
  5. keep applying when ever it wears out.
  6. The best time to apply is when you go to bed.
