Tips to take care of breast from sagging


  1. Pick the right bra for you. 90% of women in the country, dont know their sizes,An average-sized woman should wear a good underwire bra to help beat the pull of gravity, and if you are large-breasted or extremely active Get more supportive bras.
  2. During sports activities,wear a sports bra to give your breasts some extra support .
  3. Go swimming. Swimming is one of the best exercises to firm breasts, because it requires the pectoral muscles to continually work .
  4. Do as many push-ups as you can,also pull up bars.
  5. do some breast exercises:like press dumbell
  • Lie on your back with 3-5 lb. free weights.
  • Raise the weights over your head with your arms fully extended from the shoulder.
  • Lower the weights to your chest, squeezing your pectoral muscles.
  • Raise the weights back to the original position.
  • Complete two sets of 15 repetitions.
