
- Expose yourself to sun,starting with 10-20min,and gradually increase the time as your body becomes more tanned.
- Start with a sunscreen with an SPF factor of under 15, but no less than 8.
- To make your tanning last long apply skin moisturized with after-sun lotion
- Purchase creams and lotion which helps tanning
- Scrub away dead skin with a loofah pad and then apply the lotion.
- Wash hands with soap after applying lotion.
