Tips to tan without burns



  1. Expose yourself to sun,starting with 10-20min,and gradually increase the time as your body becomes more tanned.

  2. Start with a sunscreen with an SPF factor of under 15, but no less than 8.

  3. To make your tanning last long apply skin moisturized with after-sun lotion

  4. Purchase creams and lotion which helps tanning

  5. Scrub away dead skin with a loofah pad and then apply the lotion.

  6. Wash hands with soap after applying lotion.
