Tips to treat head lices

1. Check for live lice and nits. Work in strong light and section the hair. Use a fine-tooth comb to find the insects and to remove them using tweezers. Adult lice are reddish-brown; nits are white or clear and adhere to the hair shaft.


2. Lice are very contagious,so check if anyone in the house has it.


3. Soak all combs and brushes in hot water for at least 30minutes


4. Wash used towels and recently worn clothing in hot water.


5. Try use of olive oil on the head,massage it into the hair and keep it for some time then rinse it off with a deep conditioner-it helps to cure this problem.


6. use blow dryer as heat kills lice and nits.
