- Drink plenty of water daily atleast 8-10 glasses daily.
- Have a balanced diet which include raw vegetables, fresh fruits and high fibre food.
- limit your exposure to sun.
- Always apply sun-screen lotion when stepping out of house.
- Take short warm water baths,rather long hot water baths.
- Use soap only where you need it, such as on your underarms and groin.
- Dont rub your skin with a towel ,instead pat it gently,as it away essential oils needed for moisture.
- Add a few teaspoons of olive oil or lavender-scented oil to your bath.
- Apply a good amount of moisturiser,which protects your skin from drying.
- Too much heat or too much air-conditioning can rob your skin of moisture
