1 Use wax paper and foils to cover dishes, to avoid unnecessary splatters and to
keep the microwave odour free.
2 If oven does not have a removable glass shelf, put a plate or paper towel under
the food which is cooked directly on oven floor to keep the area clean n odour
free
3 Wipe up spills immediately.
4 Wash regularly with mild detergent and water and rinse and keep the surface dry.
Don't forget to clean around the edge of the door and door opening, to prevent
accumulation of dirt and any soil buildup, which could prevent the door from
closing tightly.
5 Add two tablespoons lemon juice to 3/4-cup water in a microwave-safe bowl. Boil
for five minutes in the microwave, allowing the steam to condense on the inside
walls of the oven. Then wipe it clean.
6 Never use any kind of powders to clean oven.
7 Keep a cup of baking soda in the microwave and see how it works.
