Tips to Eat More Fiber



  1. Switch to whole grains. These include brown rice, barley, millet, and whole wheat.

  2. Avoid eating white bread .

  3. Add lentils, black-eyed peas, lima beans, great northern beans and chickpeas to your diet.

  4. avoid cooked food as it reduces the fibre content ,eat more raw vegetables.

  5. Eat fresh fruit to your diet.

  6. Eat baked products made with wheat or oat bran
