Tips to Eat More Protein in Your Vegetarian Diet



  1. Include all variety of foods in your diet.

  2. Eat a lot of soya products.

  3. Make protein shakes for your self, if you think you are not getting enough protein from your daily diet.

  4. Increase your beans intake.they are the direct form of taking proteins.beans are easily available.

  5. snack on nuts and nut butter.

  6. Add tofu in your meals.

  7. Make Rotis of soya flour,which has a lot of protein .

  8. You can also eat protein bars, which are easily available in the drug store.
