Tips to Reduce Fat in Your Diet



  1. Eat low carolie food, check out for such products when ever go for grocerry shopping.

  2. Reduce the intake of nuts and butter nuts, butter ,cheese,red meat and other dairy products.

  3. Use vegetable cooking sprays rather than fat or oils when you cook.

  4. Drink slim milk and low fat cheese.

  5. Have more friuts and raw vegetables.

  6. Include soups and cerely in your diet.

  7. Remove the skin from chicken or turkey
