Tips to fight oily skin

  1. Do steaming, if possible every day,either at home or at spa or saloons, add chamomile, lavender oil or rosemary, parsley to the water.
  2. One of the easiest way to keep your skin healthy, is to drink a lot of water, atleast 8-10 glasses daily.
  3. Reduce fats and oils in your diet. Increase your intake of fresh vegetables, fruits and whole grains.
  4. Dont get exposed to sun a lot,try avoiding it as too much heat actually stimulates the production of more oil, and also apply some sun screen lotion.
  5. Use an oil-free moisturizer, cosmeticsand mask-clay mask is the best for oily skin.
  6. A papaya mask is also helpful,apply some mashed papaya on your face, keep it for 15 mins and rinse it off.
  7. Always keep your skin very clean,for that wash quite often in a day, avoid accumulation of dirt and oil by cleaning with a mild cleanser.
