Tips to Prevent and Avoid Eye Puffiness in The Morning

  1. Sleep is the best remedy to cure,one should sleep for atleast 8 hrs daily.
  2. Put an extra pillow under your head if possible, elevate the top of your mattress. This helps prevent fluid retention around your eye area and there by reducing puffiness.
  3. Drink plenty of water,you must drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water daily,Drinking extra water will help your body flush extra fluid out of your system .
  4. Avoid alcohol before going to sleep.
  5. Always take off any makeup before going to sleep.
  6. If puffiness is due to crying, avoid crying or try to wait awhile after crying before going to sleep; otherwise the puffiness will remain the same in the .
