
- keeping your protein intake high you can ensure that the majority of the weight you lose will be fat loss instead of muscle loss.
- use a cardio/weight training program for loosing fat.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Increase your intake of high fibre foods in your daily diet.
- Take protien, in any form--like protein bars,protein shakes or foods having high proteins-like cluster beans.
- Instead of 3 regular big meals-have 5-6 small meals by taking 2-3 hrs of gap between them.
