Tips to loose fat but not muscle


  1. keeping your protein intake high you can ensure that the majority of the weight you lose will be fat loss instead of muscle loss.
  2. use a cardio/weight training program for loosing fat.
  3. Drink plenty of water.
  4. Increase your intake of high fibre foods in your daily diet.
  5. Take protien, in any form--like protein bars,protein shakes or foods having high proteins-like cluster beans.
  6. Instead of 3 regular big meals-have 5-6 small meals by taking 2-3 hrs of gap between them.
  7. Last but not the least sleep is the best remedy,minimum 8hrs of sleep is necessary for a healthy body.
