tips to Reduce Swollen Fingers



  1. eat a balanced diet, intake of high fibre food is very imp.

  2. Drink plenty of water, so that the fluids get flushed out.

  3. Increase your protein intake -by adding protein shakes,or eating protein bar in your diet.

  4. Exercise on a regular basis.

  5. Decrease your salt intake.

  6. Take hot water bath daily.

  7. Supplement your diet with alfalfa, dandelion root and parsley. These can be taken in capsules, as a tea or a tincture.

  8. Take a free-form amino acid complex. This is helpful if your edema is caused by poor protein absorption.
