Tips to deal with sleep disorder


  1. find out on your own, what things you may be doing that would hinder your sleep.
  2. Exercising daily ,do any kind od exercise as it helps the brain to release chemicals the body needs to relax later on and avoid sleeping disorders.
  3. Drinking alcohol or caffeine can disturb sleep.
  4. Never eat after 8 pm as this will cause your digestive system to be working while you sleep.
  5. Having negative thoughts and unforgiveness toward others can disrupt sleep.
