
- find out on your own, what things you may be doing that would hinder your sleep.
- Exercising daily ,do any kind od exercise as it helps the brain to release chemicals the body needs to relax later on and avoid sleeping disorders.
- Drinking alcohol or caffeine can disturb sleep.
- Never eat after 8 pm as this will cause your digestive system to be working while you sleep.
- Having negative thoughts and unforgiveness toward others can disrupt sleep.
